Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a process where a trained therapist helps individuals explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve mental well-being. 


Common areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, and more.  


The first session typically involves discussing your background, current concerns, and goals.  We will review what you can expect from the therapy process and discuss your personal expectations for your sessions. Be prepared to answer questions regarding your upbringing, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This information will help tailor an approach to meet your specific needs. Freely ask any questions or express any concerns you might have during this first meeting. Open communication is key to building a trusting therapeutic relationship. 


Sessions usually last 50 minutes, though some may offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your needs. 


Most clients attend weekly, especially in the beginning. Frequency can be adjusted over time as needed. 


Yes, I offer secure teletherapy sessions via Zoom. 


Fees are $200 per session. I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement in accordance to policies of many major insurances. 


Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged for a missed session. 


Yes. Your privacy is protected by law. Exceptions include cases where there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by court order. . 


Yes, I am a licensed Therapist/ Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. My license number is 014103-01.

Each session focuses on your goals and challenges. We'll explore your mindset, build strategies, and create action plans to move forward with clarity and confidence. 


Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you unlock your potential and take action. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health issues. Unlike consulting, it doesn't give direct advice but empowers you to find your own solutions. 


I offer life coaching, executive coaching, leadership development, career coaching, etc.  


I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, creatives, who are ready to grow and make meaningful change. 


Sessions typically last [45–60 minutes], depending on your package or needs.   

It varies. Some clients see results in 3–6 months, while others continue long-term for ongoing support and growth.
